Information for managers:

-Dritan Abazi (CEO)

The company is managed by Mr. Dritan Abazi.  His experience includes over sixteen years in the field of microfinance and SMEs, in functions ranging from Loan Officer to Regional Manager, Deputy CFO and Business Development Director to Opportunity Albania, a leading microfinance institution.

Dritani also has headed a project at Credins Bank, drafting infrastructure, policies and processes, and developing staff for the new micro and SME loan department. Dritan has completed several consulting projects focusing on financial services in Albania, Kosovo and Romania. Most of the projects are funded by the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the Islamic Bank for Development (IBD), the European Fund for Southern and Eastern Europe (EFSE), and the Credit Agricole Foundation.

Dritani has a PhD in Organizing Culture, an International MA in Agribusiness Finance, a BA in Business Administration, and has been certified by Cornell University in “Executive Leadership”. Dritani has published academic articles, participated in International Conferences, and recently published the book “Challenges of Financial Institutions in the Balkans for Culture Change”.

Arbor Kuka, Manager for non Banking Products

Arbor has a track record spanning  over 5 (five) years in collection business. Before join D&A Fin. Partner, Arbor worked for EOS Albania as portfolio manager for non banking products.

Erina Shira – Legal Manager

Erina graduated at the University of Tirana. She owns a MA degree in Law and has years of experience in the legal field, providing the best possible representation with the utmost degree of security and professionalism.

Mariglen Cengu – Financial Product Manager

Marigleni has a history that spans more than 6 (six) years in the lending and collection business. Prior to joining to D & A Fin Partner Marigleni has worked in Aleat, a law notary studio.

Marigleni owns a bachelor’s degree from the Law Faculty at the University of Tirana, a Master of Public Law at the Faculty of Law, at University of Tirana, a Master in Business Law at the European University of Tirana, as well as he holds the Assistant Attorney’s title.

Eda Kazia – Data Analyst

Eda graduated in mathematics engineering at Polytechnic University of Tirana. She holds a Masters in the same branch. She has a long working experience at Wow Digital Company as a sales manager.

Dhurata Minka – Non-Financial Product Manager

Dhurata has been graduated in Biology at the Faculty of Natural Sciences at the University of Tirana. Before joining to our group she has been working for seven years in a mobile company at the Sales Management position.

Eneada Disha – Economist

Eneada graduated in Finance – Banking (Bachelor) in Albanian University. She holds a MA degree in Banking Management. Prior to joining D & A Fin Partner she has been working  as an economist for about 1 year at Scholz Ltd. Eneada holds the title of economist in our company for 5 years.
